About Us

Future Mama is a teacher for the Deaf and hard of hearing... originially from western Georgia (the state, not the country) and spent her undergrad at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She currently resides in North Alabama with her wonderfully talented and brilliant husband and her smart, sweet, annoying dog Keller.
Future Mama loves Jesus and wants her children to love him too.

Keller is named after Helen Keller, and although she isn't blind or deaf, she does only have 1 kidney, some fierce allergies and sensitive skin, so Future Mama and Dad call her special needs. She is so excited to be a big sister. Even though she is the furriest, she is also the most loving part of our family.

Future Dad is an software engineer originally from middle Tennessee and also spent his college years at Vanderbilt University. He works for an amazing company and they are super supportive of our desire to adopt! He is quite extreme and learned to do all the things you ever wanted to do but never took the time to learn... for example: Solving a Rubix cube, rock climbing, spinning things on his finger (Bibles, lunch trays, small children), jumping through his own leg, juggling, etc. He loves Jesus and wants his children to love him too.

  2. hi, we are also going to adopt from poland. i’am wondering how it worked to get an,,unofficial’’ referral? we thought that matching is done in poland by the adoption center, when they already have your dossier in hands... can you explain it? we had no idea about such a possibility. we will highly appreciate if could share your knowlege with us. we support you in your adoption process. anna

...and obviously we would like to get to know your future children, for now on the photos:)
